  • Account and Community Data – such as login credentials, user profiles, or participation details within The Greenhouse or The Orchard.
  • Payment Information – when you make a purchase or pledge, payment details are processed securely by third-party processors. Floriss does not store full credit card numbers.
  • Communications and Submissions – such as messages, feedback, co-creation ideas, or responses to surveys or support requests.
  • AI and Beta Participation Inputs – voluntary interactions with pre-development or proprietary intelligence features (e.g., Freya or Flora) that may include text-based input, reflections, or preferences.

When you use our Services, we may automatically collect:

  • Device and usage data (e.g., IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, session duration).
  • Analytics and engagement metrics to improve usability, functionality, and accessibility.

Beta, AI, and Pre-Development Features

Certain features — including Florair Display™, Freya, and Flora — are in development or active beta testing. Any data shared through these features is treated as confidential. It may be used in aggregate and anonymized form to refine, train, or improve related functionality.

Participation in beta features is voluntary. Feedback and inputs may be stored for product research and improvement purposes, consistent with this Policy.
